Happy New Year! Well, it’s a New Year, but the duck hunting is about like before. There are more ducks, but there is a lot more water. And Happy New Year to the ducks, wherever they are!
We are seeing a few more ducks, but they are hard to get to work. There were some hunters with pretty good success again today, but there were more who weren’t that successful. It’s going to get better. The bad news is it won’t be the next two days. More rain, as you can see from the forecast below. Maybe that will bring more ducks in, but it will be hard to hunt. It looks like Friday and Saturday before we’ll have some more good hunting weather.
