We had a great day on Thanksgiving and killed a limit of 30 early. We had a lot of teal and we really saw more ducks today than we’ve seen all season. It was foggy early and the ducks really worked. The teal would lock up and come in right to the decoys. It was something right at daylight. They were coming in like a bunch of bees.
As you can tell, it was fun. We didn’t hear a lot of shooting and there weren’t a lot of other people hunting. But the ducks were really flying. I think it’s a good sign for the upcoming weekend.
Be safe out there.
